What Hoop Sort keeps on the device

Hoop Sort version 1.0.0 is an offline hoop-on-peg puzzle. Core play runs on the phone after install. This version does not require sign-in or cloud backup. The in-app privacy card states that level progress, stars, coins, kit stock, and settings stay on the phone.

What Hoop Sort does not take

Version 1.0.0 does not send hoop runs to our office. This policy does not claim advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or tracking tools on the website or in the app.

How we use information

We use website contact details to reply to inquiries, keep the site secure, and comply with law. Hoop Sort files stay on the device so the puzzle you opened can resume. We do not sell personal information for advertising.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for the period needed to handle the request, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law. Hoop Sort progress stays on the phone until you use Clear progress, clear the app data, or uninstall. Because those files are not stored on our servers, we cannot erase them from the office.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information we hold, where applicable law allows (including California deletion rights if they apply). Local puzzle files are removed on the phone with Clear progress or by uninstalling the app.

Children

This website and Hoop Sort are not directed to children under 13.

International visitors

Website servers may be located in the United States. Hoop Sort version 1.0.0 keeps play data on the device.
